SCF RFP C Wastewater combination air valve with anti-surge mechanism and threaded outlet

The SCF-RFP-C model is a high-performance single-chamber automatic combination air valve with integrated fast-filling prevention system and threaded outlet for air conveyance. It releases air pockets under pressure during operation and allows the intake of large volumes of air during pipe draining or bursts, preventing the formation of negative pressure. When the air velocity and differential pressure increase too much, the RFP anti-surge disk closes, reducing the outflow and avoiding a sudden closure of the mobile block that would cause water hammer. Entirely made of ductile iron, the valve is designed so that the air release system and the sealing seat are protected from contact with residues and dirt from wastewater and sewage, ensuring long-term performance and reliability.
