AUGUSTA – Float valve with angle pattern body, self-cleaning piston and compensated seat

The AUGUSTA valve is a single-seat compensated float valve designed to automatically maintain the water level in tanks and reservoirs, regardless of upstream pressure variations. Its angle pattern configuration and adjustable lever system make it ideal for compact or confined installations. The patented self-cleaning piston reduces debris build-up and minimizes maintenance needs. The compensated seat ensures accurate and reliable operation even at low pressures, avoiding water hammer and flow instability.

• Ductile cast iron GJS 450-10 body with angle pattern design.
• Float and rod in stainless steel AISI 304.
• Internal components in stainless steel and bronze.
• CSA patented self-cleaning piston.
• Replaceable compensated seat.
• Fluidized bed applied epoxy coating RAL 5005.

Working conditions
• Fluid: treated water.
• Max temperature: 70°C.
• Max pressure: 16 bar (higher on request).
• Min inlet pressure: 0 bar.

Connections
•  Available from DN 40 to DN 300 mm.
• Drilling according to EN 1092/2. Other standards on request.

Standard
• Designed and tested in compliance with EN 1074/5.
• RAL 5005 epoxy coating.
• Suitable for use with CSA VRCD direct acting pressure reducer for high Δp conditions.
